COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Don't hesitate to ask

Simply call or email us to book a time to discuss your options. We don’t follow standard office hours, so your consultation can be after work, after dinner or after you put the kids to bed.

ESTATE PLANNING

This is what you need to do before you die so that you do not leave a mess for your loved ones.

ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

This is what needs to happen after you die. If you are appointed as an Executor of a Will or a loved one dies without a Will, we can assist you to administer and distribute the estate.

ESTATE LITIGATION

This is what can happen if a Will is contested. If you are appointed as an Executor of a Will that is being contested, we can represent you to defend the application.

Tim Henry

PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR

Tim started Henry Lawyers because he had seen too many cases where people received money they didn’t deserve from estates that couldn’t afford it. His mission is to inform the general public of the risks of estate litigation and to protect your estate for the benefit of your loved ones.

It’s all about you!

We offer an efficient experience to get your estate plan in order by following three easy steps:

Step 1

Book a complimentary consultation

Simply call or email us to book a time to discuss your options. We don’t follow standard office hours, so your consultation can be after work, after dinner or after you put the kids to bed. We can speak by phone or video, and if you want to meet face to face, we can come to you!

Step 2

Provide us with your instructions for a fast turnaround

After we have determined the best way to proceed with your estate plan and you have considered your options, we can take your instructions by phone or email. Once we receive your instructions, we guarantee your draft documents will be ready within 7 days.

Step 3

Execute your documents

Once you are satisfied with your estate plan, we can either send your finalised documents by post or email and you can sign them with your friends or neighbours, or we can arrange a time for us to visit you. It’s that easy!
